Happy Saturday! Sorry for the accidental week of absence. I was totally knocked out by a nasty winter virus and was basically useless for a week. I’m feeling better now though, yay!
I have a long Saturday Swatchfest post for you, aka more of my Birds of a Feather series! Today it’s my many, many rose gold shadows and a few more metallic shades thrown in.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far! Today I have another swatch post, this time with my silver and light grey eyeshadows. As is usual for this Birds of a Feather series, I had more silvers that I thought I did! It’s so fun rediscovering my collection.
Whoo hoo! I have another long post of lipstick swatches 🙂 These are all the lipstick colors I call “dark red”. Keep in mind, I’m a pale NC10-15 and these are just my opinions, so your mileage may vary!

In anticipation of ultra-cute indie company Hello Waffle‘s brand new Blushed collection (ROSE GOLDSSSS!!!) I swatched every single coppery and rose gold loose pigment shadow (and one Stila) trying to see if I already own anything comparable. Thank goodness I don’t, because my hunger for rose golds makes me want the whole shebang 🙂
Anyways, this will be a very pic heavy post! There are 10 eyeshadows from Silk Naturals, Geek Chic Cosmetics, Victorian Disco, Dark Matter Makeup, and Looxi Beauty.

UPDATE: Since this is still getting lots of views (hello and welcome!) I’d like to update my review here. I have since destashed ALL of these colors to friends. After the initial hype wore down, these really weren’t that spectacular. Despite trying to work with them for a while and trying different techniques, these were too messy and too slippery for me. Someone who loves creams that never dry down may love them. I didn’t.
FINALLY! I got my hands on some of the NYX Liquid Suedes! Get ready for a long review 🙂

When I saw the new colors that were released a couple weeks ago, I knew I had to have Clueless. It looked like the perfect muted rosy color that would actually be The MLBB color I want/need.
And of course I had to pick up Lychee because PURPLE and Bumble because it’s a perfect dupe for Kat Von D’s Double Dare which I was lusting after. So I placed another ColourPop order (got some shadows too- more on that later) and got these three new lipsticks 🙂
Happy Sunday everyone! Time for a long story… I’ve been craving one of the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting lipsticks since I first saw them on Temptalia. Half the colors have been in my wish list for ages and after my blegh week last week I picked one up on a whim, aiming for a safe choice. I’m getting increasingly convinced that the new Clinique colour pop lipsticks are dupes for all the CoverGirl lipsticks that I own! It’s not a bad thing, since I love the color of the CGs but hate the taste.
