Hey all! Today is another post I had in my drafts but didn’t quite post in a seasonal manner, haha. Today is Shiro’s Cozy and Bright collection, as well as a few additional golden swatches….

Shiro Cosmetics Fall Collection: A Series of Unfortunate Events
I am literally a year late with this review, but hey! Better late than never! And of course the timing felt right since it’s truly autumn sweater weather now.
I have Shiro’s whole “Collection of Calamitous Cosmetics” swatched for you today. It is their Series of Unfortunate Events collection from fall 2016. Their new fall 2017 collection just dropped today too! It’s inspired by the animated mini-series “Over the Garden Wall”. I am OBSESSED with Shiro’s fall collections. Remember the Harry Potter one from fall 2015? Still one of my all time faves. The fall eyeshadows they make are just pure perfection.
Without further ado, let’s view this incomparable tragedy about orphans, terrible villains, a secret society, and many unfortunate events.
Birds of a Feather: Warm Autumnal Matte Browns!
Hello and welcome back to a much-delayed installment of Birds of a Feather, where I swatch a whole pile of similar colors next to each other! Today, in the spirit of September and the rapidly coming fall season, I broke out some of my favorite warm brown autumn shades. These are 99% matte shades.
These are primarily loose shadows, although I do show off my custom (massive) GlamTech palette of pressed shadows and swatch some of those too!
If you love pumpkins, firesides, coffee, butterscotch, oversized sweaters….. well this is the right place for you.
MAC Star Trek Collection – Swatches & Review
I procrastinated on packing for my move by playing with my beautiful new Star Trek x MAC collection. This may be some of my favorite makeup of all time and is definitely one of my best purchases of 2016. I cannot explain in words how much I love it…. so how about some pictures? 🙂
Birds of a Feather: Greens
It’s a Saturday swatch party at my place and everyone is invited 🙂
I’ve had quite a backlog of my Birds of a Feather series that I’ve been meaning to post… so I’m procrastinating on packing for my move by playing with my makeup! Today I have jewels to show off: my emeralds! Now not all of these are emerald, but these are my dark greens to my weird olives. I love green- it really helps show off the green in my hazel eyes. Alas, I rarely wear it as anything other than liner. I just can’t seem to get a fully green eye look to work on me! Any tips and tutorials from you guys would be loved ❤
AFK Crazy Random Happenstance Collection Swatches
Happy weekend everyone! I have a huge collection of eyeshadows, as you all know, so I have a backlog of swatches to post. I love swatching my whole collection and sharing it with you lovely people 🙂
Today I have AFK Cosmetics’s Crazy Random Happenstance Collection. Unlike the Princess Bride collection that I previously reviewed, this is in their general catalogue and can purchased at any time!
Femme Fatale Eyeshadow Swatches
If I could restart my eyeshadow collection from scratch… I might do it with only Femme Fatale! These eyeshadows are some of my top favorites of all time. Their pigmentation, blendability, and unique color selection outperform many indies and mainstream. I highly recommend these.
Most of these are Femme Fatale’s famous duochrome eyeshadows. I don’t own all of them (because there are some darker colors and greens I don’t really wear) but I own a big chunk of their lighter duochromes! Go ahead and read on; you’ll be wowed 🙂
Birds of a Feather: Rose Gold & Gold Eyeshadow Swatch Fest
Happy Saturday! Sorry for the accidental week of absence. I was totally knocked out by a nasty winter virus and was basically useless for a week. I’m feeling better now though, yay!
I have a long Saturday Swatchfest post for you, aka more of my Birds of a Feather series! Today it’s my many, many rose gold shadows and a few more metallic shades thrown in.
Indie Spotlight : Mad Lab Cosmetics
Today I have an indie brand that I’ve been meaning to review for a while. I actually bought these colors a few months ago when I was really getting into trying various indie brands and I hadn’t reviewed them here yet. But now I will! Welcome to Mad Lab Cosmetics.
Birds of a Feather : Silvers & Light Grey
I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far! Today I have another swatch post, this time with my silver and light grey eyeshadows. As is usual for this Birds of a Feather series, I had more silvers that I thought I did! It’s so fun rediscovering my collection.
